The College of Fisheries Engineering, Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries
University, Nagapattinam celebrated New Year Celebration on 2 nd January 2019 at
College premises. The function started with cake-cutting ceremony of New Year
celebration 2019. Prof. G. Jeyasekaran, Dean i/c, College of Fisheries Engineering gave
the presidential address. In his speech, the Dean motivated the students and Faculty
members to provide good service for the society through development and technology.
In addition, he said the students need to apply the science for the optimum conversion
of natural resources for the benefit of human beings. Dr. D. Kesavan, Assistant
Professor, Department of Basic Sciences delivered the welcome speech.
Ms. S. N. Kopperundevi, III year, B.Tech (Fisheries Engineering) sang a song on this
occasion. Mr. S. Murugesan, AAO, thanked gathering. Mr. M. Devasennan, General
Secretary, Student Association, III year, B.Tech (Fisheries Engineering) hosted the
entire event.
நாகப்பட்டினம், தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ. ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வளப் பல்கலைக்கழகம், மீன்வளப்
பொறியியல் கல்லூரியில், புத்தாண்டு கொண்டாட்டம் 2019ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 2ஆம் தேதி
கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. இந்நிகழ்வை பேராசிரியர் ஜீ. ஜெயசேகரன்,
முதல்வர், மீன்வள பொறியியல் கல்லூரி தொடங்கி வைத்தார். அவரது சிறப்புரையில்
வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பம் மூலம் சமூகத்திற்கு நல்ல சேவையை வழங்குவதற்காக
மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்று கூறினார்.
கூடுதலாக,பொறியியல் மாணவர்கள் மனிதனின் நலனுக்காக இயற்கை வளங்களை உகந்த
முறையில் மாற்றுவதற்கு விஞ்ஞானத்தை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று அறிவுரை கூறினார்.
முனைவர் தே. கேசவன், உதவி பேராசிரியர், அடிப்படை அறிவியல் துறை வரவேற்புரை
வழங்கினார். திருமதி எஸ்.என். கோப்பெருந்தேவி, மூன்றாம் ஆண்டு, இளம் பொறியியல்
(மீன்வள பொறியியல்) இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் ஒரு பாடலை பாடினார். திரு. எஸ். முருகேசன்,
உதவி அலுவலக உதவியாளர், நன்றி உரையாற்றினார். திரு. எம். தேவசேனன், பொது
செயலாளர், மாணவர் சங்கம், மூன்றாம் ஆண்டு, இளம் பொறியியல் (மீன்வள பொறியியல்)
முழு நிகழ்ச்சியையும் தொகுத்து வழங்கினார்.
