Training programme under ICAR-CIFT SC-SP component at Dr. M.G.R FC & RI, Ponneri from 27.07.21 to 29.07.21 by DFPT and DFEES

Department of Fish Processing Technology and Department of Fisheries Extension, Economics and Statistics have jointly organized the three days training programme on “Protein enriched extruded product from fish” under ICAR-CIFT SC-SP component at Dr. M.G.R Fisheries College and Research Institute, Ponneri from 27.07.21 to 29.07.21. Faculties and resource persons from various fields have delivered a lecture and demonstrated the process methods. Twenty participants from Pullicat, Red Hills, Minjur and Ponneri regions were attended the programme and benefitted. Dr. B. Ahilan, Dean inaugurated the training programme. Mrs. Nimish Mol Stephen, HOD i/c, DFPT and Mrs. S. Agnes Dany Angela, HOD, DFEES have organized the programme.
