INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2022 - சர்வதேச யோகா தினம் 2022

In commemoration of "The International Yoga Day 2022", the NSS
unit of Dr. M.G.R. Fisheries College and Research Institute, Ponneri
conducted Yoga day celebration on the theme of "Yoga for Humanity" on
21.06.2022 at Dr. M.G.R. Fisheries College and Research Institute, Ponneri.
Mr. R. Velmurugan, NSS Co-ordinator, welcomed the gatherings with his
welcome address and the presidential address was given by Dr. B. Ahilan,
Dean and President of Students’ Association. Mr. D. Vinayagam, B.A.,
Diploma in Yoga, Doctorate Naturopathy in Yoga, Ponneri delivered the
chief guest address. He addressed the students on the importance of
practicing yoga in our daily life and also demonstrated some important
asanas to the students and students were also practiced. The faculties and
students were benefitted by his informative talk. Mr. R. Velmurugan, NSS
Officer coordinated the arrangements for the event.

அன்று “மனிதகுலத்திற்கான யோகா” என்ற தலைப்பில் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.
நாட்டுநலப்பணிதிட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் திரு.ரா.வேல்முருகன், அவர்கள் வரவேற்புரை
வழங்கினார். கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர் (பொறுப்பு) ப. அகிலன் தலைமையுரை மற்றும்
யோகாவின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை மாணவர்களிடையே எடுத்துரைத்தார். இவ்விழாவில்
திரு.D.விநாயகம் B.A, Diploma in Yoga, Doctorate Naturopathy in Yoga, பொன்னேரி
அவர்கள் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டு தினசரி வாழ்வில் யோகா பயிற்சியின்
முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்து மாணவர்களிடையே சிறப்புரையாற்றி குறிப்பிட்ட யோகா
ஆசனங்களை மாணவர்களுக்கு செய்துகாட்டி அவற்றை மாணவர்களையும் செய்ய பயிற்சி
வழங்கினார். அவரது உரையினால் மாணவர்களும் ஆசிரியர்களும் பயனடைந்தனர்.
இந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை திரு.ரா.வேல்முருகன், உதவிபேராசிரியர் அவர்கள்
ஒருங்கிணைத்தார்.
