FC & RI, Thoothukudi Student won Gold medal in the State Level Elite women's boxing competition.

Virudhunagar District Boxing Association organized State Elite Woman Boxing Championship at Dindugal from 16 to 17 November 2019. In this competition, Miss. K. S. Iswarya, II B.F.Sc., participated from this institute and won the Gold Medal. She was selected for the National Level Boxing competition. Her performance was appreciated by Dr. P. Velayutham, Dean i/c., Dr. S. David Kingston, Vice-President of Students’ Association, Mr. F. Parthiban, Sports Secretary, staff and student of this institute.

பத்திரிக்கைச் செய்தி தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரியின் மாணவர் மாநில அளவில் நடைபெற்ற குத்துச்சண்டை போட்டியில் தங்க பதக்கம் வென்று சாதனை.

விருதுநகர் மாவட்ட குத்துச்சண்டை சங்கம் நடத்தும் மாநில அளவில் பெண்களுக்கான குத்துச்சண்டை போட்டி நவம்பர் 16 மற்றும் 17 2019 அன்று திண்டுகல்லில் நடைபெற்றது. இப்போட்டியில் இக்கல்லூரியின் 2ம் ஆண்டு இளநிலை மாணவி மு.ளு. ஐஸ்வர்யா தங்கபதக்கம் பெற்றுள்ளார். அவர் தேசிய அளவிலான குத்துச்சண்டை போட்டிக்கு தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார்.  இக்கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர் முனைவர் ப. வேலாயுதம் மற்றும் மாணவர் சங்க துணைத்தலைவர் முனைவர் சா.டேவிட் கிங்ஸ்டன் விளையாட்டு செயலாளர் திரு. பார்த்திபன் மற்றும் கல்லூரி பேராசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் வெற்றி பெற்ற மாணவியை வெகுவாக பாராட்டினார்கள்.
