Two Days fisheries entrepreneur development programme on Production and Marketing of Value added Fishery Products at Kayalagam Fish Processing Incubation Centre and Fish Products Sales Centre Fisheries College and Research Institute Thoothukudi

The Department of Fish Processing Technology, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, Thoothukudi organized two days fisheries entrepreneur development programme on “Production and Marketing of Value added Fishery Products” during 18.12.2019 and 19.12.2019 under NADP – Kayalagam Scheme. Dr. B. Sundaramoorthy, Dean inaugurated the training program on 18th Dec 2019. Thirty entrepreneurs from different parts of Tamil Nadu participated in this training program,  during which, various types of value added fish and fishery products, materials used for packaging, recent packaging techniques, labeling and marketing strategies of fish and fishery products were taught to the trainees, and demonstration on preparation of value added fishery products were carried out. Dr.B. Sundaramoorthy, Dean, FC&RI   presided over the valedictory function on 19.12.2019 and explained facilities of Kayalagam scheme to the entrepreneurs. G. Sugumar, Professor and Head suggested that the facilities at the Kayalagam centre be utilized by the aspiring entrepreneurs in their start-up venture on fishery based business, as it was also the mandate of the Kayalagam- project. The participants were also issued with certificate on successful completion. Mr. F. Parthiban, Assistant Professor and Co-PI of the scheme organized the event and delivered vote of thanks.

தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் கயலகம்-மீன் பதன தொழில் காப்பகம் மற்றும் மீன் பொருட்கள் விற்பனை மையத்தில் மீன்பதன தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு மதிப்பூட்டிய மீன் மற்றும் மீன் உணவுப் பொருட்கள் தயாரித்தல் மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்துதல் குறித்த இரண்டு நாள் தொழிற்பயிற்சி

தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ. ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வள பல்கலைக் கழகத்தின் ஒரு அங்கமான தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் மீன்பதன தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையில் “மதிப்பூட்டப்பட்ட மீன் மற்றும் மீன் உணவுப் பொருட்கள் தயாரித்தல் மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்துதல்” குறித்த இரண்டு நாள் தொழிற்பயிற்சி 18.12.2019 மற்றும் 19.12.2019 அன்று கயலகம்-தேசிய வேளாண் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தின் உதவியுடன் நடத்தப்பட்டது. 18.12.2019 அன்று கல்லூரி முதல்வர் பா. சுந்தரமூர்த்தி பயிற்சியினை துவக்கி வைத்தார். தமிழ்நாட்டின் வௌ;வேறு பகுதிகளில் இருந்து 30 மீன்வள தொழில்முனைவோர் பங்கு பெற்றனர். இப்பயிற்சியில் பல்வேறு வகையான மீன் மற்றும் மீன் உணவுப்பொருட்கள் தயாரித்தல் நவீன முறையில் பையகப்படுத்துதல் மீன் உணவுப் பொருட்களின் விற்பனை வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் வழிமுறைகள் போன்ற தலைப்புகளில் தொழில்நுட்பப் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. 19.12.2019 அன்று கல்லூரி முதல்வர் பா. சுந்தரமூர்த்தி பயிற்சியின் நிறைவு விழாவில் கலந்து கொண்டு   மீன் பதனதொழில்நுட்பத் துறையில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மற்றும் தேசிய வேளாண் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தின் உதவியுடன் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட மீன்பதன உபகரணங்களை பற்றி எடுத்துரைத்தார். துறைத்தவைர் முனைவர். கோ. சுகுமார் அவர்கள் கூறுகையில்  மீன்வள தொழில்முனைவோர் கயலகம் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட உபகரணங்களை பயன்படுத்தி அவர்களுடை புதிய முயற்சியில் துணிச்சலுடன் செயல்பட்டு தொழில் அதிபராகும்படி  கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். பயிற்சியில் கலந்து கொண்ட அனைவருக்கும் சான்றிதழ்; வழங்கப்பட்டது. இவ்விழாவினை திரு. பா. பார்த்திபன் உதவி பேராசிரியர் மற்றும் இணை-ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் ஏற்பாடு செய்து நன்றியுரை வழங்கினார்.
