ONE DAY AWARENESS TRAINING PROGRAMME ON “ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN VALUE ADDED MARINE PRODUCTS” CONDUCTED AT FISHERIES COLLEGE AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE, THOOTHUKUDI ON 07.01.2020

A one day Awareness Training Programme on “Entrepreneurship in Value Added Marine Products” was conducted under the scheme of “EDII-Marine Products Business Incubation Forum” at Fisheries College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi on 07.01.2020. A total of 30 participants from THUDITSSIA, Thoothukudi participated in this training. The topics such as Fish products for entrepreneurship and their need, the importance of fish and fishery products, Fisheries enterprises and traits of fishery entrepreneurs were covered. The participants were exposed to the infrastructure facilities and modern equipments used for fish processing and value addition of fish and fishery products at the Incubation centre of the Department of Fish Processing Technology, so as to use the facilities for their start-up.

In the valedictory function, Dr. G. Sugumar, Professor and Head, Department of Fish Processing Technology, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi offered welcome address. Dr.B. Sundaramoorthy, Dean addressed the trainees and in his presidential address, he highlighted the current status of entrepreneurship in marine products. Besides, he pointed out that the participants should become a great entrepreneur in marine product industry which offers a good scope for start-ups. Finally, P. Ganesan, Project Co-ordinator and organizer of this programme proposed vote of thanks.

தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில்; “மதிப்பூட்டப்பட்ட கடல்சார் உணவு பொருள் தயாரிப்பதில் தொழில் திறனை வளர்ப்பது” என்ற ஒரு நாள் விழிப்புணர்வு பயிற்சி (07.01.2020) 

தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ. ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வளப்; பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் ஒர் அங்கமான தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில் கடல்சார் உணவுப்பொருட்கள் வணிக மையம் மூலமாக “மதிப்பூட்டப்பட்ட கடல்சார் உணவு பொருள் தயாரிப்பதில் தொழில் திறனை வளர்ப்பது” குறித்த ஒரு நாள் விழிப்புணர்வு பயிற்சி 07.01.2020 அன்று நடைபெற்றது. இந்த பணிபட்டறையில் தூத்துக்குடியில் உள்ள துடிசியாவைச் சேர்ந்த உறுப்பினர்கள் மொத்தம் 30 பேர் பங்கேற்றனர். இப்பயிற்சியில் தொழில் முனைவதற்கு உகந்த கடல் உணவுப்பொருட்கள் மற்றும் அதன் தேவைகள்ää கடல் உணவுப்பொருளின் மருத்துவ குணங்கள் மற்றும் கடல் உணவுப்பொருள் தொழில்முனைவோரின் குணாதியங்கள் போன்றவை குறித்து விவரிக்கப்பட்டது. மேலும் பயனாளிகள் மீன்பதனத் துறையில் அமைந்துள்ள வணிக மையத்திலுள்ள மதிப்பூட்டிய மீன் உணவுப்பொருட்கள் தயாரிப்பதற்கான நவீன இயந்திரங்கள் மற்றும் இதர வசதிகளை பார்வையிட்டனர். இந்த வசதிகள் அவர்களுக்கு புதிய தொழில் தொடங்குவதற்கு பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள இயலும் என விளக்கமளிக்கப்பட்டனர். இதன் நிறைவு விழாவில் மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் மீன் பதன தொழில்நுட்ப தலைவர் மற்றும் பேராசிரியர் முனைவர். கோ. சுகுமார் வரவேற்புரை ஆற்றினார். தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் முதல்வர் முனைவர். பா. சுந்தரமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் தலைமை உரை ஆற்றுகையில் கடல் உணவுப்பொருள் தயாரிப்புத் தொழில்துறையில் தொழில்முனைவோர்களின் பங்கு குறித்து விளக்கினார். இந்நிகழ்வின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் மற்றும் உதவிப்பேராசிரியர் பா. கணேசன் நன்றியுரை ஆற்றினார்.
