Report of the Competition Conducted among Students Organised by Students Association as part of the celebration of Constitution Day (National Law Day)

For the first time, the Students' Association of this institute organized a "Mock Parliament" event for students on November 25, 2021 between 4 and 5 p.m. at Kayal Kalaiarangam as part of the celebration of Constitution Day (National Law Day).

Miss. Afrin Banu (III BFSc), Miss. Keerthana (I BFSc) and Mr. Gokulakrishnan (I BFSc) were part of the ruling party team, which followed the Indian Parliament pattern. Similarly, Mr. Balasingam (III BFSc), Miss. Vaishnavi (I BFSc) and Miss. Rajeshwari (III BFSc) from the opposition party took part. For this mock parliament, Miss. Eupho (III BFSc) served as the speaker.

"Transferring School Education and Examination from Offline to Online Mode," according to the bill proposed by the ruling party team. Following the speaker's introduction of the bill, the ruling party team presented their viewpoints. Following the presentation of the bill by the ruling party, the opposition party voiced many objections to the law. After that, the speaker wrapped up his remarks. After the speaker's conclusion, the audience voted on the bill. Majority of the audience voted for Offline Mode is the best. Dr.S.Athithan (Vice President, Students' Association), Dr.R.Santhakumar (Warden, FC&RI Hostels) and Mr.M.Muruganantham (NSS Coordinator) judged the entire event.

Finally, the evaluation committee decided that in this exciting event, the opposition party team won (offline mode is best) while the ruling party team came in second (online mode is best). The mock parliament session was attended by all of the students and staff of the institute. At the closing ceremony, Dr.N.V.Sujathkumar, Dean i/c, awarded the winner and runner-up certificates to the teams. The Dean i/c and staff thanked the ruling party, opposition party team and speaker for their support. The entire event was coordinated by Dr.S.Athithan, Vice President of Students' Association.

தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில் மாணவ மன்ற சார்பில் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களுக்கு இடையே “மாதிரி பாரளுமன்றம்” என்ற போட்டி நடத்தப்பட்டது. நமது பாராளுமன்றத்தை போல்ரூபவ் கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் 2 குழுக்கள் என பிரிந்து முறையே அதற்கு ஆளும் கட்சி மற்றும் எதிர்கட்சி என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டு நடத்தப்பட்டது. ஆளும் கட்சி மாணவ குழுக்கள் சார்பில் 2030- க்குள் பள்ளிக் கல்வி மற்றும் தேர்வுகள் முழுவதுமாக இணையத்தின் வழியாக கொண்டு செல்லுதல் என்று தீர்மானம் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டது. இந்த தீர்மானத்துக்கு எதிராக எதிர்கட்சி மாணவ குழுக்கள் வாதிட்டனர். மாணவர்களில் ஒருவர் சபாநாயகராக செயல்ப்பட்டார்.

இரு தரப்பு வாதம்ரூபவ் சபாநாயகர் முடிவுரை மற்றும் கூடியிருந்த மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் கல்லூரி அலுவலர்களின் ஓட்டெடுப்பு எடுக்கபட்டு நடுவர் குழுவான முனைவர். சா. ஆதித்தன்ரூபவ் முனைவர். சாந்தகுமார் மற்றும் திரு. முருகாணந்தம் ஆகியோர் அடங்கிய குழுக்கள் அவர்களது இறுதி முடிவை அறிவித்தனர். இதில் எதிர்கட்சியின் முடிவான “ பள்ளிக் கல்வி மற்றும் தேர்வுகளை நேரிடையாகவே நடத்த வேண்டும்”. என்று திர்பளித்தனர். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் முதல் இடம் பிடித்த எதிர்கட்சி மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் இடம் பிடித்த ஆளும் கட்சி மாணவர்க்கு கல்லூரி முதல்வர் (பொ) முனைவர் சுஜாத்குமார் அவர்கள் சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கினார். முடிவில் போட்டியில் பங்கு பெற்ற குழுக்களை கல்லூரி முதல்வர் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் வெகு சிறப்பாக பாராட்டினார்கள். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி முழுவதும் மாணவ மன்ற துணைத்தலைவர் முனைவர் சா. ஆதித்தன் அவர்கள் ஒருங்கிணைந்து நடத்தினார்.
