World Food Safety Day jointly with FSSAI

The Fisheries College and Research Institute (FC&RI), Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University (TNJFU), Thoothukudi and FSSAI, Import Office, VOC Port, Thoothukudi jointly organized World Food Safety Day events among this college students on 07.06.2022. The events such as Quiz Competition on General Consumer Awareness on Food Safety, Creative Posters / Drawing on Present Food Safety Eco System in our Country and Innovative Low Cost Ideas / Solutions for Common Food Safety Issues in Day to Day Life were conducted among the students. A total of four teams from this college participated in the quiz competition.

Mr. Arisekar, Mr. Sundar, and Miss. Surya got first prize for their team. A team consisting of Mr. Madhav, Miss. Eupho, Miss. Jesu Miraclin, and Mr. Meivendan took second place. Similarly, a total of eight students competed in the Creative Posters / Drawing event. The team of students led by Miss. I. Keerthana and Miss. Vaiznavi came in first. Mr. Sakthivel and Miss. Pearlin own the second place.

Dr.R.Santhakumar Dean i/c, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi who presided over the valedictory function and distributed the certificates and trophy to the participants.

Mr.S.Pandiyaraja, Joint Director, FSSAI, Import Office, VOC Port delivered valedictory address. Miss. Mary Shibana proposed the vote of thanks. All staff and students of the institute participated in the event.

The Dean i/c and all the staff of this institute congratulated the participated students.

தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையம் மற்றும் உணவு பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தரப்படுத்துதல் ஆணையம் (TNJFU) வ.உ.சி. துறைமுகம் இணைந்து 07.06.2022 அன்று இக்கல்லூரி மாணவர்களிடையே உலக உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு தின நிகழ்வுகளை ஏறபாடு செய்தன. உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்த பொது நுகர்வோர் விழிப்புணர்வு குறித்த வினாடி-வினா போட்டி ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான சுவரொட்டிகள்  நமது நாட்டில் தற்போதுள்ள உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சுற்றுச்சுழல் அமைப்பு மற்றும் புதுமையான குறைந்த விலை யோசனைகள் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையில் பொதுவான உணவு பாதுகாப்பு பிரச்சினைகளுக்கான தீர்வுகள் போன்ற நிகழ்வுகள் இந்த கல்லூரி மாணவர்களிடையே நடத்தப்பட்டன. வினாடி-வினா போட்டியில் இக்கல்லூரியில் இருந்து மொத்தம் 4 அணிகள் தீவிரமாக பங்கேற்றன. முதல் இடத்தை செல்வன்.அரிசேகர் செல்வன்.சுந்தர் செல்வி சூரி அணியினர் வென்றனர்.

செல்வன.மாதவ் செல்வி யூபோ செல்வி ஜேசு மிராக்ளின் மற்றும் செல்வன் மெய்வேந்தன் அணியினர் இரண்டாம் இடத்தைப் பெற்றனர். அதேபோல் கிரியேட்டிவ் போஸ்டர்கள் ஃ வரைதல் நிகழ்வின் கீழ் இக்கல்லூரியிலிருந்து மொத்தம் 8 மாணவர்கள் தீவிரமாக பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர். முதலாம் இடத்தை செல்வி ஐ.கீர்த்தனா மற்றும் செல்வி வைஷ்ணவி அணியும் இரண்டாம் இடத்தை செல்வன் சக்திவேல் மற்றும் செல்வி பர்லின் ஆகியோர் முறையே முதல் இரண்டாம் மற்றும் மூன்றாம் இடங்களையும் பெற்றனர்.

விழாவிற்கு தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் முதல்வர் முனைவர் (பொறுப்பு) இரா.சாந்தகுமார் தலைமை வகித்து பங்கேற்றவர்களுக்கு சான்றிதழ்கள் மற்றும் கோப்பைகளை வழங்கினார். திரு.பாண்டியராஜா இணை இயக்குநர் உணவு பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தரப்படுத்துதல் ஆணையம்  அவர்கள் நிறைவுரையாற்றினார். திருமதி மேரி ஷிபானா நன்றியுரை வழங்கினார்.

இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் அணைத்து நிறுவன ஊழியர்களும் மாணவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டனர். இக்கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர் (பொ) மற்றும் அனைத்து ஊழியர்களும் கலந்து கொண்ட மாணவர்களை வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.

மாணவர் சங்கத்தின் துணைத் தலைவர் முனைவர் சா.ஆதித்தன் முழு நிகழ்ச்சியினையும் ஒருங்கிணைத்தார்.
