The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University (TNJFU) visited the Erode Bhavanisagar Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture (EBCeSA) on 10th July 2026. The activities related to Pacu fish was discussed and the broodstock fishes were examined. The Vice-Chancellor also distributed the Catla fish seeds to fish farmers from villages around Bhavanisagar to encourage scientific fish farming and enhance inland fish production.
