ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra was organized Webcasting of Hon’ble PMs speech on International Potato Conference at KVK, Sikkal, Nagapattinam on 28.01.2020. Mr.E.Hino Fernando, Subject Matter Specialist(Fisheries Extension) inaugurated and explained the importance of the conference to the participants. Webcasting of Hon’ble PMs speech on International Potato Conference was done and translated the speech in regional language. Dr.S.Muthukumar SMS(Animal Husbandry) welcomed the gathering. Dr. V. Kannan, SMS(Agronomy) explained the nutrients availability in potato. 60 nos. of students from Higher Secondary School, Sikkal, 15 nos. of farmers and 10 nos. of staff of KVK were attended the programme. All SMS and Programme Assistants of KVK coordinated and arranged for the conduct of the programme.
